Delicious scrambled eggs mixture featuring mushrooms and garlic for the tastiest flavor.Serves 2 persons
2 cloves of garlic
50 grams of grated cheese
7 small mushrooms
salt, pepper, chile powder, curry powder
Chop an onion into very fine pieces. Put this in a frying pan with some olive oil. Put on a medium flame and cook until the onion has a glassy look.Chop garlic and mushrooms. Add them to the mixture. Add two pinches of curry powder and a substantial amount of chili powder (to taste). Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add milk. Also add salt, pepper and the grated cheese. Once the vegetable mixture is finished frying, add the egg mixture.Keep moving the egg around to scramble it. Toast some bread and serve.
Keep onions in the fridge because when they are colder they release less gas when you cut them. Don't leave the flame on the food while chopping the vegetables. It could burn the food.
