package Maple Leaf® Grilled Turkey Breast Strips
8 to 10 cups (2 to 2.5L)
Romaine lettuce, torn
1/3 cup (80ml)
cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup (80ml)
green pepper strips
1/3 cup (80ml)
ready prepared blue cheese salad dressing OR
a salad dressing of your choice
2 tbsps (30ml)
Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® Fully Cooked Real Bacon Pieces
2 tbsps (30ml)
walnuts, chopped
Directions
In large bowl, toss turkey, lettuce, tomatoes and peppers with salad dressing.
Divide between 2 plates and sprinkle with bacon and walnuts.
Alternate serving suggestion: For a stronger Blue cheese taste, add 1/3 cup (80mL) of crumbled blue cheese before serving.
