package Maple Leaf® Grilled Sirloin Steak Strips
1 tbsp (15ml)
vegetable oil
1 to 1 ½ cups (240 to 360ml)
snow peas
1 to 1 ½ cups (240 to 360ml)
red pepper, coarsely chopped
¼ cup (60ml)
Thai sauce
1 tbsp (15ml)
fresh cilantro, chopped
cooked instant rice or rice noodles
Directions
Heat a large nonstick skillet or wok for 2 minutes on high.
Lower heat to medium-high and add oil.
Add snow peas and red pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add steak strips, and Thai sauce and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in cilantro.
Serve over hot cooked rice or rice noodles.
